Former Team GB gymnast Amy Tinkler is the latest athlete to criticise the governing body over negative experiences in the sport.
Tinkler, who announced her retirement from the sport earlier this year due to ankle surgery, won bronze at the Rio Olympics in 2016 at the age of 16.
But she now says her injuries had nothing to do with her decision to quit the sport.
