Manchester United to play historic fixture at Old Trafford

Manchester United will play at the home of the men's team for the first time when they face West Ham at Old Trafford in the Women's Super League on Saturday 27 March.

The club are taking advantage of the men's international break to stage the match as they prepare to host several fixtures in the Women's Euros in 2022.

"Playing at Old Trafford will obviously be a special moment in the history of this team," said United head coach Casey Stoney said.

"It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase the women's game, having seen huge growth in the past few years."
