Charley Hull wins first Rose Ladies Series event

Charley Hull needed a play-off to eventually claim victory in the first-ever Rose Ladies Series event at Brockenhurst Manor.

The England number one holed a 15-foot putt to beat event organizer, Liz Young. 

Both players finished their rounds on level par, although Hull blew a two-shot lead when she double bogeyed the 17th.

But she held her nerve in the play-off to claim the £5,000 prize.

The eight-event Rose Ladies Series now moves on to Moor Park on 25 June.
