Red Roses confirmed amongst top seeds for 2021 Rugby World Cup
England have been confirmed in the top group of seeds alongside Canada and hosts New Zealand for next year's Rugby World Cup.
Seedings had to be based on the world rankings as they stood on 1 January due to the lack of international matches since the beginning of March.
Only the top seven sides from the last tournament in Ireland automatically qualified, the remaining five teams decided by regional qualifying tournaments.
France, Australia and the United States make up the second group of seeds, with Wales, South Africa and the top European qualifier in Group 3.
Fiji plus the Asian qualifier and another side from the final qualifying competition will be in the last set of seeds.
Holders New Zealand will host the World Cup from 18 September to 16 October 2021.
