Harriet Dart produced dominant performances in both the women's singles and mixed doubles to help the British Bulldogs to overall victory against the Union Jacks in the Battle of the Brits Team Tennis event in London.

Dart enjoyed a 6-4, 7-6 win against Jodie Burrage before a winner-takes-all doubles contest as she teamed up with Joe Salisbury to face Heather Watson and Jamie Murray in the final match of the week-long tournament.

Earlier, success for Naomi Broady and Andy Murray 6-3, 7-6 over Emma Raducanu and Kyle Edmund left the team scores on 58-56 to the Bulldogs with five points available in the decisive final contest.

But Dart and Salisbury were too strong for Watson and Murray, winning in straight sets 6-4, 6-2 as the Bulldogs clinched the title 63-56.

Britain's leading women's players will now travel to the United States where the WTA Tour returns in preparation for the US Open at the end of August. Both Watson and Johanna Konta, who did not feature on the final day as she continues to find her way back from a knee injury, will play in Lexington next week.
