Lionesses spread a positive message
England football team captain Steph Houghton (pictured) led the line, as she so often does, urging supporters to follow the government guidelines that have been set out and to look after themselves and their loved ones.
Defender Lucy Bronze was also on hand to provide reassurance that despite there being no football being played at the moment, the players will still be in communication with fans.
"It's a really difficult time at the moment and there is a lot of uncertainty about upcoming Lionesses tournaments but the most important thing is you look after yourself and your loved ones," said Houghton.
"It's important to keep washing your hands and stick to all the guidelines and hopefully we'll see you soon. Stay safe."
Bronze added: "There might not be any football but we wanted to let you know that we're here for you and we'll do our best to keep you informed entertained and positive.
"Our love for the game will keep us together."
There might not be any football right now, but we’ll still be here sharing the #Lionesses content you know and love.
